Click Through Rate
THE Click Through Rate (CTR) is one of the metrics I just love! It is one of the metrics that is under-valued, since most companies only care about Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). ROAS is also one of my favourites since it provides such significant value to companies. However, companies typically only worry about lead volumes, CPA, sales and cost of sale. CTR really means that we are getting to the crux of what the audience is appreciating about what they are reading or seeing in terms of the advert – relevancy is a hugely important metric for Google Ads and for Facebook. The CTR will give you an idea of the relevancy of your creative copy. So the higher the CTR the higher the relevancy and the more likely the customer will buy, because you are hitting the right audience in terms of getting the right customers to your website.
