Structural changes — campaign restructures, feed work, creative testing cycles — need a full learning period, so we look at 60 to 90 days as the honest window for judging a new setup. Anyone promising a transformation in week one is guessing.

Monthly retainers with a short initial commitment so there's time for the work to take effect, then month-to-month. You own your ad accounts, your data, and anything we build inside them — if we part ways, nothing goes with us.

There's no hard minimum, but paid media needs enough volume to learn from. Below roughly a few thousand per month per channel, the data is too thin for meaningful optimisation and you're usually better served by a one-off audit and setup than an ongoing retainer.
